Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using CredPass. It exists to protect our users, maintain the integrity of credential data, and ensure a safe and trustworthy platform for all participants.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Upload fraudulent credentials — Submit falsified, altered, forged, or otherwise inauthentic credential documents, including but not limited to licenses, certifications, immunization records, or background checks
  • Gain unauthorized access — Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to access, including other users' credential documents
  • Scrape or harvest data — Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from the Platform, including nurse profiles, credential information, or contact details
  • Harvest credentials — Collect or aggregate credential data for purposes outside the intended Platform use
  • Impersonate others — Create accounts or upload credentials under a false identity
  • Distribute malware — Upload files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with the Platform — Take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or disrupts the normal operation of the Platform

3. Credential Integrity

The trust and safety of the CredPass platform depends on the authenticity of uploaded credentials. All users must:

  • Upload only genuine, unaltered credential documents
  • Keep credential information current and update expired documents promptly
  • Report any suspected fraudulent credentials they encounter on the Platform

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Do not share your account credentials with others
  • Enable multi-factor authentication when available to protect your account
  • Agencies must access nurse credentials only through authorized Platform features and in accordance with nurse visibility settings

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them immediately to support@credpass.pro. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Consequences

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Warning or temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Removal of offending content or credentials
  • Reporting to relevant licensing boards or law enforcement authorities
  • Legal action where appropriate
