By accessing or using CredPass ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
CredPass is a compliance-first credentialing and dispatch platform for travel and strike nursing. The Platform provides two types of accounts:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any multi-factor authentication methods. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Nurses are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of all credentials uploaded to the Platform. Uploading falsified, altered, or fraudulent credential documents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is the property of CredPass and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all credential documents you upload to the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CredPass does not independently verify the authenticity of uploaded credentials and makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any credential information on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to uploading fraudulent credentials, unauthorized access attempts, or any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
